Fernway started in a Five Points bungalow and most of our crews still live inside the Beltline. That matters for two reasons: we know the quirks of the older homes in Oakwood and Boylan Heights (plaster walls, original hardwood, radiators that collect dust) and the newer ones in Brier Creek and Wakefield (open plans with a lot of floor), and we are rarely more than 20 minutes from your door.
Most Raleigh customers are on a plan every two weeks. The downtown condos around Glenwood South tend to book a 1 bed, 1 bath regular clean around $100 per visit; the four-bedroom houses in North Hills and Hayes Barton land closer to $190. Parking is on us: crews know which streets need a permit and plan for it.
