Booking, your cleaners, the visit and our policies
What's included in a regular clean?
Every room, every visit: kitchen surfaces and appliance exteriors, bathrooms top to bottom, dusting, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made with fresh linens if you leave them out. The full checklist is on each service page.
How do you set the price?
Bedrooms, bathrooms and home size set the base. Cleaning weekly saves 20% per visit, every two weeks 15%, monthly 10%. Add-ons like inside the oven are priced separately. The first visit on a plan is a deep clean.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a national background check before their first shift and is our employee. We are insured and bonded to $2 million.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers give us a door code or a lockbox. Crews text when they arrive and when they leave.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, every product and tool, at no extra cost. If you prefer your own products, tell us when you book.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean the missed spots free. Still not happy? That visit is on us.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or move a visit free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours there is a $50 fee, because the crew's day is already planned.
Do you serve my area?
We clean in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Morrisville, Holly Springs and Knightdale, plus a few towns beyond. Type your ZIP into the quote form and it checks for you.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes. You get a lead cleaner who learns your home. If she is out sick or on holiday, her regular teammate covers with the same notes.
How long does a clean take?
A regular clean of a 3 bed, 2 bath home takes a two-person crew about 2 hours. A deep clean takes 3 to 4. A move-out clean of the same home takes 4 to 5.
What about pets?
We love them. Tell us their names when you book so the crew can greet them. Add the pet hair treatment if shedding is heavy.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
On request, as priced add-ons: $35 for the oven, $30 for the fridge. Both are included in a move-out clean.
How do I pay?
Card on file, charged after each visit. You get a receipt by email the same day. No deposit for a quote.
Can I skip a visit?
Yes, with 24 hours' notice. Plans have no contract and no minimum.
